Registered pharmacist with current GPhC registration Confident Independent Prescriber Experience working in primary care for at least 1 year Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills Commitment to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes

Conduct clinics in a remote primary care setting Perform comprehensive medication reviews for patients Handle acute/repeat medication requests Manage incoming sick note requests Perform meds reconciliation Address clinical queries/complaints Involve in onboarding of new practices Contribute to design of clinical pathways and protocols Stay updated with pharmaceutical and clinical guidelines Lead and manage pharmacists (potential for growth into this role)
