8–12 years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in capital markets, fintech, or asset management. Requisite FINRA Licensing (S7, S63, S24 & S79 at a minimum). Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, or digital asset products. Proven track record of originating and closing complex B2B or institutional deals. Strong understanding of securities regulations (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, etc.). Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Experience selling digital asset solutions (tokenization, custody, or blockchain-based platforms). Strong network across asset managers, fund administrators, or investment banks. MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
