Requirements:
8–12 years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in capital markets, fintech, or asset management. Requisite FINRA Licensing (S7, S63, S24 & S79 at a minimum). Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, or digital asset products. Proven track record of originating and closing complex B2B or institutional deals. Strong understanding of securities regulations (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, etc.). Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Experience selling digital asset solutions (tokenization, custody, or blockchain-based platforms). Strong network across asset managers, fund administrators, or investment banks. MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
Responsibilities:
Own revenue generation for Securitize’Markets’ US business. Source and manage a pipeline of private market opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and partnership terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, asset managers, investment banks, and private market participants. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital asset structuring, issuance, and regulatory considerations. Collaborate with Client Support and Operations teams. Partner with Marketing to drive thought leadership and outbound campaigns. Identify new revenue opportunities. Deliver accurate forecasts, sales metrics, and client insights. Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance. Provide product feedback and market intelligence.
