At least one year of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS. Background selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses is helpful. Medspa experience is a strong plus. Experience building and managing a target account list and outbound pipeline. Confidence engaging with prospects in person, over the phone, and online. Strong organizational skills and comfort working toward activity and conversion metrics. Skilled negotiation abilities and solid business acumen. A natural sense of urgency, positivity, and professionalism. High energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
