Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple engineering teams Establish and publish a weekly delivery scorecard Reduce delivery variance and last-minute surprises Lead Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums Surface and resolve dependencies across teams Maintain a unified sprint calendar and roadmap view Ensure consistent operating cadence and communication across U.S. and India-based teams Define and enforce Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, Sprint Scope Freeze, and controlled hotfix/escalation paths Ensure releases follow auditable, repeatable paths Escalate scope creep, readiness gaps, or delivery risk early, with data Own Jira and GitLab governance Standardize Jira configurations and implement Jira Versions/Releases Champion GitLab adoption, including MR approval gates, CI/CD enforcement, security scanning, and deployment governance Establish and track meaningful delivery metrics (Lead time, Deployment frequency, Change failure rate, Defect leakage, Sprint predictability, DORA metrics) Conduct value stream mapping Maintain a prioritized backlog of delivery improvements Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortems focusing on systemic fixes Build a culture where teams can safely say “no” to unrealistic demands and leaders trust the data Has authority to pause releases that do not meet agreed quality, security, or readiness standards Has direct access to Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership for escalation
