Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in team member relations, employment law, people support, people operations, HR compliance, or HR Generalist roles. Direct exposure to and responsibility for investigations and terminations. Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and/or company policies. Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to upskill and train on technology and functional aspects of case management systems, HRIS, compliance tools. Flexibility to operate in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment. Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices. Proficiency in Google Suite required. Knowledge of employment law, particularly regarding team member conduct and terminations in APAC regions (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan) or other countries.
