Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Proficient in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and M&A transaction structure. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with databases and analytical tools is a plus. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
