Senior Billing Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, ASC 606, and billing procedures.

Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition execution. Manage complex contract billing and deferred revenue. Resolve sophisticated billing inquiries and contract discrepancies. Process and distribute high-volume invoices accurately. Oversee month-end close for billing, including reconciliations. Identify billing process improvements and automation opportunities. Generate billing metrics, trends, and forecast reports. Interpret and apply GAAP and internal controls to billing.
