Requirements:
3+ years experience in RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office business/environment. Client-facing role for financial products or services for UHNW clients preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technology knowledge for credible engagement with product groups and clients. Strong time management, prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience building and improving client engagement strategies. Experience handling difficult customers and demonstrating resolutions. Ability to establish relationships with key influencers. Executive presence and ability to persuade all organizational levels. Ability to navigate data and people to find answers. Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Open to travel.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of Addepar platform and apply it to client needs. Provide client support during implementation and business reviews. Develop success plans for clients to drive adoption and identify opportunities. Provide client education on product updates and roadmap. Identify new revenue opportunities and participate in client presentations. Advocate for clients by building cross-functional relationships.
