3+ years experience in RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office business/environment. Client-facing role for financial products or services for UHNW clients preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technology knowledge for credible engagement with product groups and clients. Strong time management, prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience building and improving client engagement strategies. Experience handling difficult customers and demonstrating resolutions. Ability to establish relationships with key influencers. Executive presence and ability to persuade all organizational levels. Ability to navigate data and people to find answers. Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Open to travel.
