Minimum of 2-4 years of sales, business development, case management, or customer service experience in a healthcare environment. Familiarity with insurance verifications, medical benefits, and billing processes. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask. Exceptionally professional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of HIPAA policies and best practices. Highly proficient use of computer technologies (G-suite, Excel, EMR/EHR Systems). Ability to work Monday through Friday and participate in a weekend on-call rotation. Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
