Bachelor of Education or Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience) 2+ years healthcare experience or experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within an imaging/radiology environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines Demonstrated capability to facilitate training and knowledge of adult learning Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and partnering with multiple teams Willingness to travel up to 50% across Australia

Create, update, and maintain training materials Train customers on Fluency for Imaging in live and virtual classrooms Assess learners’ comprehension Participate in project implementations Gather feedback to improve training Serve as Subject Matter Expert on adult learning theory and training delivery Mentor internal teams on Fluency for Imaging Partner with customers and project teams on learning objectives Consult on workflow and best practices Meet department compliance and documentation expectations
