2-3 years in operations or quality assurance Expertise in digital media advertising Exceptional attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Postback URL tracking and other performance marketing tracking methods Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools Experience with Asana or other project management tools Experience with Looker or similar BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI Proven abilities to analyze performance reports Proven problem solving abilities Proactive and search for opportunities Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal Ability to work East Coast hours consistently

Support quality assurance for financebuzz.com and allaboutcookies.org domains Maintain process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs Reconcile reporting between internal and external platforms Investigate offer discrepancies or malfunctions and find resolutions Review platform documentation and internal product setup for improvement areas Work with Operations team to ensure QA standards are met Communicate with internal stakeholders on process improvements Analyze ad hoc performance reports to improve company efficiency Monitor revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for proper reporting Monitor offer goals to ensure they are firing properly Ensure QA is implemented with any new rolled-out process Become a subject matter expert for all QA related processes
