2-3 years in operations or quality assurance with expertise in digital media advertising
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Postback URL tracking and other performance marketing methods
Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools
Experience with Asana or other project management tools
Experience with Looker or similar BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
Proven abilities to analyze performance reports
Proven problem solving abilities and #BetterEveryDay mindset
Proactive and will search for opportunities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work East Coast hours consistently

Supporting quality assurance for financebuzz.com and allaboutcookies.org domains
Maintaining the process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs
Reconciling reporting between internal and external platforms
Conducting investigations for offer discrepancies or malfunctions
Reviewing platform documentation and internal product setup for improvement areas
Working closely with the Operations team to ensure QA standards
Communicating with internal stakeholders on process improvements
Analyzing ad hoc performance reports to improve company efficiency
Monitoring revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for proper reporting
Monitoring offer goals to ensure proper firing
Ensuring QA is successfully implemented with any new process
Becoming a subject matter expert for QA related processes
