Senior QA Engineer (LATAM)

At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices for manual testing. Experience with web application testing and mobile testing. Familiarity with testing tools like Postman and API testing. Hands-on experience working with Xray for test case management, tracking bugs, and ensuring test coverage. Experience with SQL & Databases, specifically relational databases. Able to work according to the Austin, Texas time zone (UTC−06:00, Central Time (CT)).

Collaborate with development and product teams to align testing with features and timelines. Design and execute comprehensive test plans using Confluence, Jira, and Xray. Investigate edge cases, validate client-server interactions, and ensure robustness. Monitor results, report issues, and support resolution throughout the development lifecycle. Support the team in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving quality issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
