Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta or Google. Deep understanding of Acquisition channels, landing pages, e-commerce best practices, and growth levers. Proven track record in producing accurate forecasts and data-driven strategies. Strong grasp of creative ideation, data-backed execution, and performance analysis. Clear, confident communicator with a talent for simplifying complex ideas. Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning creative and media strategies for maximum impact. High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, and other E-commerce analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop 12-month growth roadmaps aligning creative, performance, and financial goals. Set ambitious, data-backed KPIs for revenue growth and customer acquisition using Growth Xcelerator. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Adapt strategies based on performance data and client goals. Lead a cross-functional POD (Account Managers, Media Buyers, Creative Strategists). Ensure consistent messaging, creative quality, and data-driven decision-making across teams. Monitor performance using Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad account analytics. Transform data into actionable insights for creative and media strategy refinement. Assess client account health, ensuring targets for ROAS, CAC, and LTV are met. Build trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic advisor. Present data-backed insights and growth recommendations to clients. Provide regular performance updates to clients. Partner with creatives to develop impactful, conversion-focused campaigns. Use data to refine creative direction. Deliver measurable client growth through paid media strategy and campaign execution. Set and manage client growth roadmaps tied to revenue and acquisition KPIs. Ensure alignment across media, creative, and client success teams. Deliver measurable revenue growth and strong client outcomes. Support client retention and cross-service upsells.
