Strategy and Ops Team Lead

5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations within high-growth, technology-driven environments. Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects. Strong track record of using technology and AI tools to drive production-level operational improvements. High proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets for data insights. Ability to connect data, people, and processes for scalable, long-term solutions. Proactive, hands-on approach with agility to adapt to shifting priorities. Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation (preferred). Background in scaling operations within the healthcare or AI technology sectors (preferred).

Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation for workflow streamlining and program efficiency. Own and execute end-to-end strategic workstreams, managing resources and timelines for measurable impact. Directly lead and mentor operations specialists, fostering high performance and continuous learning. Use advanced data analysis to build frameworks, define performance metrics, and drive evidence-based decision-making. Partner with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to align operational processes with business strategies. Own departmental headcount and resource planning for cost-optimized growth without compromising quality.
