Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Build and manage a personal pipeline through direct outreach and prospecting Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations Partner with internal teams to develop tailored proposals Advance opportunities through the full sales cycle Maintain accurate CRM updates and revenue forecasting Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers Represent Connexio at industry events Stay current on market dynamics Act as a senior contributor on high-priority opportunities Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Client Services on solution development Collaborate with Marketing on targeting and outbound campaigns Support account transitions and onboarding Meet or exceed new business revenue targets Provide insight into pipeline trends Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies
