5+ years of payroll management experience in a medium-to-large organization with multi-state and preferably global operations. Deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll, federal/state/local labor laws, employee benefits, and payroll taxes. Proven ability to manage payroll operations independently and with strict confidentiality. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency with ADP, Excel, and GSuite.
