Requirements:
5+ years of payroll management experience in a medium-to-large organization with multi-state and preferably global operations. Deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll, federal/state/local labor laws, employee benefits, and payroll taxes. Proven ability to manage payroll operations independently and with strict confidentiality. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency with ADP, Excel, and GSuite.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for U.S. multi-state and international employees. Review payroll calculations for various pay elements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records, databases, and reporting systems. Streamline payroll-related processes with HR and Finance. Serve as the primary liaison with payroll service providers and third-party vendors. Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
