Requirements:
7–12+ years in global logistics, operations, or supply chain (consumer electronics preferred). Strong hands-on experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and brokers. Knowledge of customs and trade compliance. Strong problem-solving, vendor-management, project management, and communication skills. Non-US logistics / warehousing management experience, including D2C fulfillment experience (highly desired). Experience with reverse logistics or refurbishment operations (preferred). Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) (preferred). Ability to handle ambiguity and build structure in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage demand planning, inventory allocation, and order execution for distributor retail and D2C. Drive technology solutions for omni-channel order management and ERP integration. Align on demand forecasts with S&OP for all markets. Source, select, and manage 3PL partners globally. Ensure inventory accuracy, SLA performance, and optimized warehouse processes. Oversee regional distribution strategy for global expansion. Manage inbound/outbound freight and logistics providers. Own import/export compliance, customs documentation, duties, and valuation rules. Optimize landed cost through mode, routing, and compliance strategies. Build and run end-to-end returns, warranty, and refurbishment operations. Improve customer experience for returns and reduce turnaround time. Manage repair/refurbishment partners and optimize total cost of service. Define and monitor logistics KPIs (OTD, cost, accuracy, cycle time, return/refurb metrics). Lead cross-functional readiness for new product launches and market entries. Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
