7+ years of copywriting experience At least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record in direct response and performance marketing Experience managing and developing copywriting teams Deep understanding of customer psychology Ability to write across various formats (VSLs, ads, email, landing pages, social) Data-driven mindset with experience using copy testing and analytics Familiarity with FTC compliance requirements for health and supplement marketing Strong project management skills Experience with DTC ecommerce subscription businesses preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
