Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Work with partners to define training requirements, learning goals, and user needs Craft and build learning & credentialing experiences in various formats (online, audio, video, live) Leverage tools (AI, multimedia) for rapid and iterative content development Evolve and improve processes, discover and test new instructional development models Solicit and review content and assessments from partners and SMEs Become an expert in customer needs and product/process changes Design and write engaging assessments Collaborate with the Education team and other stakeholders Champion Samsara's values and operating principles
