Senior Safety Manager - Regional West

15+ years of safety experience within a construction delivery organization. Data center experience highly desired. Bachelor's degree in a safety-specific field or equivalent experience. Proven ability to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites. Strong analytical skills for evaluating safety performance data. In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations (Construction and General Industry). Strong knowledge of electrical safety programs and NFPA 70E standards. Solid knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices. Familiarity with incident investigation, injury management, and hazard analysis. Working knowledge of safety management software (e.g., Procore). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to build working relationships with internal and external teams.

Drive continuous improvement of safety systems and processes. Promote Rowan's safety culture and proactive behaviors. Track safety KPIs and deliver performance dashboards. Collaborate with general contractors on project safety. Oversee the Energy Isolation Program and Energy Marshall program. Support incident investigations and lessons learned. Conduct periodic safety inspections and ensure corrective actions. Maintain and enhance safety policies and procedures. Promote a culture of radical transparency for continuous improvement.
