Requirements:
5-8+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or partnership marketing, ideally in consumer brands or lifestyle-focused companies. Proven ability to build and scale influencer and affiliate programs from strategy through execution. Demonstrated success growing a brand on TikTok, including knowledge of content trends, platform best practices, and creator collaborations. Strong creative sensibility and ability to conceptualize compelling campaigns. Analytical skills with experience measuring KPIs, engagement, and ROI. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to elevate brand positioning through creator-led initiatives. Passion for innovation in influencer marketing, TikTok, and the creator economy.
Responsibilities:
Lead TikTok-first influencer campaigns, identifying creators and content opportunities. Manage influencer relationships across other social channels. Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program. Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop campaign concepts. Support strategic partner relationships and co-marketing initiatives. Monitor and engage with creator communities across platforms. Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for optimization. Stay ahead of TikTok and social media trends.
