Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field 5-7+ years of experience in technical program management Proven expertise in managing health insurance platforms, data pipelines, and claims processing systems Hands-on experience with self-funded insurance models and associated technologies is highly preferred Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment Skilled at building relationships and moving projects forward with diverse audiences Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organization skills Strong leadership skills Familiarity or expertise with Care Management (CaseTrakker), CRM & Engagement (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Roadmap & Strategy (Aha!), and Delivery Management (Azure DevOps)
