SAP Solution Architect

Experience in a customer-facing role (consultant, solutions engineer, solutions architect). Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and soft skills. Ability to articulate Spinnaker message to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to think rationally and creatively. Product knowledge (mainly around ECC, S/4HANA) from 10+ years’ experience. Thorough understanding of the roadmap for SAP - RISE/GROW. Proficient in Netweaver/ABAP Platform, BOBJ, MES, other SAP technologies. Nice to have experience in SaaS platforms such as BTP. Well-versed with industry specific IT processes within SAP. Excellent attitude towards challenges. Solid awareness of SAP Cloud strategies. Good knowledge and/or experience with SAP application security. Good knowledge and/or experience with technical security around the BASIS tech stack.

Act as the technical and security subject matter expert in the sales process. Advocate technical capabilities, security solutions, and value proposition. Participate in prospect technical landscape and spend analysis. Develop technical solutions and address technical concerns. Support third-party support and managed services sales. Advise customers on alternate support methods and SAP ERP stack. Frame technology challenges into business solutions. Draft support spend estimates and cost prediction models. Drive technical and financial aspects of solutions. Adapt to new challenges and develop processes. Read audiences and tailor communication. Collaborate with peers and colleagues. Support other regions as needed. Grasp new concepts within the third-party software support ecosystem. Respond to ad hoc requests with thoughtful, tailored responses. Build and maintain relationships with in-region partners. Lead and collaborate on RFP/RFI/RFQ exercises. Anticipate and resolve challenges by coordinating with stakeholders. Identify messaging gaps and create quality collateral. Command credibility with prospects and partners through technical expertise. Gain understanding of SAP security under third-party support. Advise peers on SAP software footprint complexities. Work across diverse industries and customer sets. Work effectively in a team and independently.
