Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management Strong knowledge of SAP product portfolio and solution offerings Proven technical project/program management and customer-facing experience Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong engagement management, relationship-building, and de-escalation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Understanding of SAP solution releases, platform interdependencies, and cloud-based operations Experience with at least one hyperscaler: AWS, Azure, or GCP 4+ years SAP Basis administration experience 4+ years customer-facing SAP technical consulting 4+ years solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation experience 2+ years technical project management for SAP operations or implementations Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion paths, migration methodologies, and tools Experience with SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios involving SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and related platforms
