10+ years of experience with M&A integration at a fast-moving, ideally public company Proven ownership of the entire integration process Ability to work and coordinate cross functionally Ability to communicate and coordinate with the executive team Independent with an ability to deliver with limited oversight Proficiency with financials Financial modeling a plus Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Run the integration of all acquired companies Manage the ongoing relationships with our partners Be involved from Day 1 in defining strategic direction, deal terms, and diligence Set and communicate high-level strategy for integrating acquired companies Manage the cross-functional integration process Work closely with executive team to ensure alignment Manage post-deal earn-outs and indemnity payments Track deal success metrics and milestones for partnerships and M&A deals Update senior leadership on progress of partnerships and M&A deals
