Conduct property risk analyses Evaluate market conditions and potential marketability detractors Determine property eligibility for Knock Program Provide approved market value and Knock Purchase Offer price Communicate approval decisions clearly and promptly Ensure SLAs are consistently met Ensure data accuracy Investigate pricing variances Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, lending, and risk teams Escalate exceptions to the designated review team Provide pricing-related feedback and product support
