Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals in a media, programmatic, or martech environment. Deep understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, and data-driven marketing strategies. B2B experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management. Curiosity, a bias toward action, ownership, and passion for building client partnerships.
