Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a software engineer. Bachelor's degree in CS or relevant discipline preferred. Experience with React (Next.js) with an Apollo/GraphQL API layer is desired. Experience with PHP (Wordpress) with a REST API layer is desired. Experience with MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch is desired. Experience with AWS services (ElasticBeanstalk, ECS, RDS, Lambda, Cloudwatch) is desired.
Responsibilities:
Build a beautiful, performant, and well-engineered web UI with Design and Product teams. Architect and build backend/API for performance, growth, scalability, and quality. Write unit, functional, and integration tests. Investigate, debug, and fix user-reported production issues. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Influence technology direction. Brainstorm new product ideas and improvements with design and product teams. Iterate on team processes and suggest improvements.
