Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews. Serve as the primary system owner for HRIS, ATS, EVerify, and HR drives. Provide support and partnership to managers and employees, fostering an inclusive and equitable environment. Support the development and implementation of accessibility, equity, inclusion, and diversity strategies. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job analysis to onboarding. Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies. Partner with hiring managers for effective interviewing, selection, and retention. Lead and support the development and implementation of onboarding plans for new hires. Support recruitment and onboarding for Fellows, AmeriCorps Leaders, and Consultants. Lead specific HR functional areas and projects. Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and grievances.
