Requirements:

12+ years of progressive experience as a consultant or in a consultant-like role. 8+ years of project management experience with complex IT projects. 5+ years of direct Patient Services IT Program Management experience for pharma product launches or hub transitions. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent IT workstreams. Strong understanding of patient services operational workflows. Deep knowledge in biotech/pharmaceuticals. 5+ years of consulting leadership experience (client-facing teams). 5+ years of leadership experience (at least 2 managing managers). Advanced fluency in PowerPoint skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead Patient Services Workstreams for new drug launches and hub transitions. Manage multiple concurrent project tracks including case intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization. Oversee integrations, API connectivity, CRM/Hub platform configuration, and data migration. Develop new business by building client relationships and leading sales processes. Lead the delivery of great client service and financial objectives. Develop consulting service leaders and team members.
