Responsibilities:
Own and manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings Guide customers through their onboarding journey Deliver high-quality customer interactions Execute Roofr training sessions Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, and other Revenue teams Track and manage key onboarding metrics Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the onboarding journey Identify opportunities to introduce and position additional Roofr products Act as a trusted onboarding partner
