Requirements:
FX/CFD and online trading industry experience is a must. Experience in a Sales position. Native French language knowledge is required. Fluent English is essential. Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and written skills. Ability to influence and persuade. Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop assigned regions including converting leads and acquiring business relationships. Hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms. Find effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products. Assist in onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other company partners. Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners. Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures. Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize activities and performance. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis. Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework. Travel to conferences and business meetings where required.
