Requirements:
12+ years of experience in technology consulting, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience leading enterprise initiatives in AI/ML, Data Platforms, Digital Transformation, or Product Development. Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CPOs, and C-level leaders). Experience developing and refining consulting offerings, with a strong commercial mindset. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Track record of successfully collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Product teams. Multi-industry experience is preferred (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail). Expertise delivering business value through vision-setting, governance, and executive leadership. Familiarity with modern Data, Analytics & AI platforms, such as: Azure Data & AI / Azure OpenAI, AWS Data Services / Amazon SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, OpenAI, LangChain, Databricks, Snowflake. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
Responsibilities:
Shape and grow consulting offerings focused on AI and Data strategy. Contribute to go-to-market strategies aligned to vertical and horizontal opportunities. Serve as a senior advisor to enterprise clients on AI strategy, data platforms, and transformation programs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Lead and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements. Support consulting-led selling alongside Sales and Account teams. Qualify and shape advisory opportunities. Lead or support proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations. Represent the organization through thought leadership.
