Senior Product Manager PRM, Reporting & Insights

4+ years product management, or equivalent professional SaaS experience Proficiency in contributing to product development teams, from solution requirements to execution Past experience with hybrid or distributed teams is a plus Experience in using product development tools (ex. JIRA, Shortcut or Linear) Navigating product analytics (ex. Heap, Pendo) Experience with collaborative tools (ex. Miro, FigJam, LucidCharts, etc.) Experience making sound and challenging prioritization decisions Experience working on a reporting suite of tools Strong self-management practices with attention to detail Experience partnering strongly with customer success teams Ability to distill business needs to support the product Experience working on a complex, data-rich platform Familiar with SQL queries with exploratory data analysis Experience performing quality assurance (QA) testing

Partner with product leadership to establish, validate, and sell a strategy for Reporting & Insights Project manage all Reporting & Insights projects, from scope to release Explore innovative solutions for the market, advocating for new approaches and leveraging AI Identify, track, and report back on key product health metrics Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria Maintain the day-to-day backlog with engineering teams Inform and manage project plans on major projects Communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to identify product opportunities or gaps
