5+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or GTM enablement Proven ability to manage multi-region or cross-segment programs Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and campaign teams Experience in reporting, performance tracking, and accountability for marketing metrics Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Splash, Goldcast, Power BI, or similar tools AI fluency to support segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity GTM environment Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
