Own end-to-end planning, execution, and activation of global events. Manage all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, materials, and vendor coordination. Ensure events reflect brand, messaging, and customer experience standards. Partner with Sales to identify events that drive leads and pipeline impact. Collaborate with Customer Success on customer-hosted events. Work with Marketing teams to ensure event participation drives awareness and lead capture. Orchestrate global user conference strategy. Own event budget planning, forecasting, and tracking. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. Ensure cost-effective event execution. Support development of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activation plans. Ensure aligned lead capture, follow-up workflows, and reporting. Track and report on event performance.
