8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products OR 10+ years professional experience supporting technical products coupled with customer facing experience Excellent communicator and presenter Engaging storyteller Ability to understand customer communications needs and guide to a technical solution Previous software development experience or working knowledge in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP), Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks), or REST APIs Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security Experience with sales methodologies Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture (Desired) Experience working with customers in UK, Ireland and the Nordics (Desired)
