Requirements:
4-7+ years RevOps or GTM systems experience Strong CRM administration + automation skills with deep Hubspot expertise Able to build AI automation workflows (via n8n / other) Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and revenue modelling Knowledge of using and connecting attribution tools (e.g. Dreamdata) Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, HubSpot Reports) Ability to translate business needs into repeatable technical solutions Ability to work across and influence diverse teams Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing Comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities:
Own and optimise CRM (HubSpot) architecture Review and build automation across the funnel Integrate GTM tools Ensure all systems are leveraged for maximum value Work closely with Analytics to build dashboards Ensure high data hygiene and standardised definitions Create forecasting models and pipeline analytics Map and optimise end-to-end revenue processes Implement SLAs, handovers, qualification frameworks Drive consistency across BUs and reduce operational friction Collaborate with the broader Revenue team and Business Units Provide insights, tooling, and workflows Partner with Product/Engineering on integrations and data flows
