- Growth leader comfortable operating across product, marketing, and community.
- Strong experimenter with intuition for AI-enabled products and technical audiences.
- Founder-level collaborator who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
- Data-informed, fast-moving, and effective in ambiguous environments.
- Relevant experience may include: developer-focused growth, PLG, AEO or SEO at scale, technical content, APIs/SDKs, dev tools, or AI-enabled products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Unlayer’s growth strategy across developers, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers.
- Translate product strengths and AI capabilities into clear positioning, narratives, and distribution.
- Build repeatable acquisition engines before adding headcount or spend.
- Establish Unlayer’s presence where developers discover and evaluate tools.
- Ship high-quality technical content across GitHub, documentation, tutorials, templates, sample code, and programmatic SEO.
- Drive visibility across Hacker News, Reddit, Stack Overflow, Discord, Slack communities, and niche ecosystems.
- Run continuous experiments across landing pages, onboarding, PLG loops, pricing, and messaging.
- Identify unconventional and AI-native growth opportunities with asymmetric upside.
- Build and nurture a global developer community around Unlayer.
- Launch ambassador programs, workshops, webinars, and collaborative GitHub initiatives.
- Drive integrations and ecosystem partnerships that compound inbound demand and usage.
