Data & Reporting Specialist

4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering with a reporting focus Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboarding, modeling) Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (SQL, transformations) Excellent communication skills in English, especially with business stakeholders Ability to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable data solutions Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with high ownership

Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards and operational reports Write and optimize complex Snowflake SQL queries and data models Evaluate and improve Snowflake data architecture for discoverability and scalability Collaborate daily with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate quickly Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and cross-system misalignments Partner with architecture and engineering to refine schemas, documentation, and governance
