Senior Data Analytics Engineer

+5 years of experience in Data Engineering. Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tools, including: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Databricks, Redshift, Palantir. Strong knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, including Medallion Architecture. Experience with ETL and ELT processes. Data modeling experience using dimensional and Kimball methodologies. Advanced SQL skills. Experience in data profiling and anomaly detection. Solid background in relational databases. Familiarity with Agile development practices. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in client-facing environments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Design and develop high-quality data and analytics solutions using modern data platforms. Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions. Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and engineers. Ensure solution quality through testing, optimization, and proactive issue identification. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
