Requirements:
Genuine passion for creators, community building, and social platforms (especially TikTok and short-form content). Natural communicator who can motivate, educate, and connect with creators authentically. Organized and proactive, able to balance daily engagement with long-term strategic projects. Experience in community management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships. Confident working across multiple systems and tools (Circle, Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.). Experience managing or engaging with creator communities or ambassador programs (Nice to Have). Familiarity with TikTok, Circle, Discord, or other community platforms (Nice to Have). Previous work with UGC creators, influencer marketing, or social commerce (Nice to Have).
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day community activity, posting updates, moderating discussions, and nurturing relationships. Develop and deliver a community content calendar, including creator spotlights, challenges, and educational posts. Foster a positive and inspiring community environment. Lead initiatives to encourage creator participation and engagement. Build the community as a reliable supply base of creators for the agency. Ensure creators are campaign-ready and aligned with client needs. Track and report on cost savings, delivery times, and creator performance. Establish and maintain creator quality standards. Build and manage a pipeline of creators across key verticals. Produce and share training resources, tutorials, and best-practice guides. Host live Q&As, workshops, and virtual events. Design and implement systems for creator tagging, tiering, and readiness tracking. Maintain accurate community documentation, databases, and reports. Track and report on community KPIs including growth, engagement, and retention.
