Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis.
  • Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures.
  • Hands-on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes.
  • Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance.
  • Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation reporting tools.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update job grading frameworks and salary ranges.
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking using external survey data.
  • Analyze compensation differences and provide adjustment recommendations.
  • Manage the annual salary review process.
  • Perform job evaluations and ensure consistency with job descriptions.
  • Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage bonus and incentive programs.
  • Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights.
