Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures.
- Hands-on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes.
- Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance.
- Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with HRIS and compensation reporting tools.
- Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update job grading frameworks and salary ranges.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking using external survey data.
- Analyze compensation differences and provide adjustment recommendations.
- Manage the annual salary review process.
- Perform job evaluations and ensure consistency with job descriptions.
- Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage bonus and incentive programs.
- Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights.
