Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures. Hands-on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes. Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance. Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs. Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency. Experience working with HRIS and compensation reporting tools. Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders.
