Requirements:
3+ years of experience in logistics and operations roles. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Zoom. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. High tolerance for ambiguity and change. Excellent communicator and highly organized. Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal). Currently living in Latin America.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update data in Monday.com, SharePoint, Excel, and Salesforce. Review testing inbox, update data in Excel/Word, and manage testing execution. Update and format CMAA and MNDA documents for Docusign, and manage through Docusign. Oversee inbound logistics for timely and accurate shipments. Collaborate with the Hologenix team for alignment and communication. Use platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, and Teams.
