Requirements
- 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product
- Proven ability to lead and ship complex product initiatives and drive 0→1 product development
- Bias for action and history of shipping products quickly and iteratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Knowledge of small molecule R&D or demonstrated track record of rapidly building domain expertise in a complex, regulated industry
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
- Empathetic collaborator who can bridge the gap between scientists, engineers, and business teams
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for Benchling’s small molecule R&D solution
- Own the go-to-market strategy for the product
- Partner with customers and field teams to understand scientific workflows, pain points, and market trends
- Translate domain-specific insights into scalable software capabilities with exceptional UX/UI
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, communicating priorities, tradeoffs, and business outcomes
