Set strategy for the Legal Department Advise on legal strategy with GC and CEO Run day-to-day operations of the Legal Department Respond to legal issues and requests Advise on applicable laws and regulations Evaluate legal risks Oversee significant legal matters Provide advice on privacy and intellectual property Oversee outside counsel in litigation Advise HR on employment law Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Assist in training employees on legal issues
