7+ years of work experience in digital marketing Expertise in scaling personalized D2C/e-commerce email and SMS programs Ability to creatively message value propositions Experience working in Klaviyo (or similar ESP) including list segmentation, lifecycle drip automations, and triggered events Knowledge of Shopify and their tech stack options (e.g., Privy, JustUno, Yotpo, Octane AI) Experience developing SMS and loyalty programming strategies Experience working with SMS platforms such as Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump, or Klaviyo Experience working in a fast-paced environment and project managing multiple tasks Experience making data-driven decisions and turning analytics into actionable SMS and email strategies Dedication to learning trends and best practices in DTC marketing Experience developing and executing customer loyalty programs At least one direct report experience Exceptional leadership skills working with cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
