Clinical Admissions Associate

Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred. Masters degree in mental health, social work, or related field required. Must be available for shifts between 12pm-8pm (Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday). Must have native or bilingual English proficiency. Access to reliable technology for telehealth services.

Develop rapport with clients and referral sources through communication skills. Present programming information to clients. Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments. Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP). Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria. Document client information in electronic medical records. Assign treatment team members and group schedules. Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams. Collaborate with referral sources including hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
