Independent licensure in a mental health field required Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Access to reliable technology for telehealth

Develop rapport with clients and referral sources Present programming information Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments Determine appropriateness for virtual IOP Construct provisional mental health diagnoses (DSM-V) Document client information in EMR Assign treatment team members and group schedules Interface with Admissions, VOB, UR, and Clinical teams Collaborate with referral sources
