Design and implement scalable employer brand programs aligned with company values and hiring strategy Build and manage a content calendar across social, blog, email, and internal communication channels Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create custom brand toolkits for hard-to-fill roles Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent candidate-facing messaging Develop measurement frameworks to track engagement, reach, and impact of brand initiatives Create repeatable systems, templates, and operating models to streamline program execution Advise on brand strategy and support the Talent Events lead without managing logistics
